Buildings

It comes as no surprise to us at GRE Assets that investment in Brighton or as it is sometimes known ‘London-on-sea’ is recognised as a good thing.

However, it was both encouraging and interesting to see the following table in The Sunday Times:

THE BIGGEST PRICE RISES OUTSIDE LONDON
SINCE 1995.
1) Queen’s Park Brighton 581%
2) Brighton Hove 545%
3) Bedminster Bristol 532%
4) Central Brighton 519%
5) St Albans 452%
6) Cambridge 418%
7) Westcliffe-on-Sea 411%
8) Winchester 408%
9) Bath 404%
10) Harpenden 400%
